Pricing FAQ
What counts as a page?
One page of a PDF counts as one page, and one image (a receipt photo, for example) counts as one page. A 14-page bank statement uses 14 pages of quota; a photo of a fuel receipt uses 1.
Single files are limited to 300 pages and 50 MB — if a file is bigger than that, split it and upload the parts.
What happens if I go over my monthly quota?
Paid plans have a soft limit. You can keep uploading: new documents queue until your next cycle starts, or you can buy an instant top-up — 100 pages for $5 — and processing continues immediately. We never lock you out in the middle of a month-end close.
The Free plan has a hard limit of 50 pages per month.
Is it really unlimited clients on every plan?
Yes. Quota is measured in pages processed, never in clients. Whether you serve 3 clients or 80, each one gets their own workspace, chart of accounts, and category memory — on any plan, including Free.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 10 months' price for 12 months of service: Starter $290/year, Pro $490/year, Firm $990/year. Monthly page quotas are unchanged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — from your settings page, in two clicks, no emails or calls required. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your clients, charts of accounts, category memory, and extracted transactions all stay intact.
Do unused pages roll over?
No — quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle. Top-up pages purchased mid-cycle are added to the current cycle's quota.
